Mitzi Singleton, a Senior Manager with Maximus, over the last 11 years, maintains expertise in financial management at colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations. She specializes in preparing facilities and administrative (F&A) cost proposals, space surveys, performing diagnostic reviews, and assisting in the negotiation process with the cognizant Federal office. Also, she has managed Business Process Improvements Projects for post-award offices in higher education. She has extensive experience in preparing Cost Rate Proposals, using the CRIS software products for Long Form and Short Form proposals. Prior to Maximus, Mitzi garnered the knowledge and experience for externally sponsored funding by preparing the F&A Cost Rate Proposal, conducting space surveys, accounting for service centers, and managing a post-award accounting office.

Mitzi is a CPA and received her B.S.A. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
