Kim Colbeck

Kim Colbeck has more than 20 years of human resources management experience, including over 7 years of experience designing and implementing HR programs within Maximus. Her entire working career has been devoted to promoting effective human resource management practices and spans industries from big oil to government contracting. Prior to joining Maximus in 2008, Kim’s experience included working for the Shell Oil Companies in all sides of their business (oil, chemical, and research and development).
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the University of Houston. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
