Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAP) Assessment

The ICAP assessment tool measures both adaptive and maladaptive behaviors and gathers additional information to determine the type and amount of special assistance needed for individuals with disabilities.  Many states effectively use the ICAP to identify support and level of care requirements for individuals receiving state funds for their service needs.

If your state uses the ICAP, or is considering an ICAP project, contact Maximus to discuss our proven history of partnering with states to establish ICAP assessment programs using our best practices model.  We apply our numerous years of experience with the ICAP and other assessment protocols to manage and administer uniform assessments with the highest fidelity, quality and person-centered practices.  We can help your state achieve an effective and successful ICAP project using our enhanced ICAP training methodologies, quality monitoring strategies, and superior project and data management expertise. While supporting, streamlining and advancing your ICAP assessment program, Maximus, as an independent vendor, provides an unbiased, independent approach that upholds the needs of the individual as the most important factor in the assessment process.
