MAXIMUS operates call centers nationwide devoted to helping applicants and beneficiaries understand how to get health services.
We make enrolling easy and convenient, and empower clients with communication materials so they can make the best choices for themselves and their families. Over 80% percent of the individuals we have enrolled made a well-informed health plan selection based on our unbiased and responsive services, instead of being automatically assigned to a health plan.
