State Contract Vehicles

Texas DBITS

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) offers Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) to governmental and public educational entities through its Go DIRect Program. MAXIMUS is an approved
Go DIRect vendor. We are authorized to provide Texas DIR customers with services in the following categories:

  • Information Technology Assessments and Planning
  • Project Management
  • Technology Upgrade/Migration and Transformation
 

Federal Contract Vehicles

We provide services to our federal government clients through two major types of contract vehicles:

  • GSA Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs)
  • Other Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)

GSA Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs)

MAXIMUS operates a number of major Task Order contracts with the federal government on three major Federal Supply Schedules:

  • GSA Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)
  • GSA Information Technology Schedule (IT 70)
  • GSA Financial and Business Solutions (FABS)

GSA MOBIS

The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract allows federal government agencies to access a wide range of services from MAXIMUS including facilitation services, survey support, privatization support, and consulting services. View MAXIMUS GSA MOBIS information sheet.

GSA FABS

Under the Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) Schedule, agencies can access a wide range of accounting, financial management. View MAXIMUS GSA FABS information sheet.

 

Other Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)

In addition to our GSA Federal Supply Schedules, MAXIMUS manages the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center (PSC) contract. View MAXIMUS HHS PSC information sheet.   

We also manage the Professional Assistance Contracts (PACS), which is another government schedule administered by the US Department of Justice. View MAXIMUS PACS information sheet.

These two contracts are designated as a Government Wide Acquisition Vehicle, and as such are available for use by all federal government agencies.
