The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) offers Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) to governmental and public educational entities through its Go DIRect Program. MAXIMUS is an approved Go DIRect vendor. We are authorized to provide Texas DIR customers with services in the following categories:

- Project Management
- Technology Upgrade/Migration and Transformation

MAXIMUS offers several contract vehicles to our government partners to assist with achieving cost-effective and efficient health and human service programs.

MAXIMUS also provides a range of specialized business services through the General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule. Special Item Numbers (SIN) awarded to MAXIMUS Federal Services, Inc. under MOBIS Schedule GS-10F-0085Y:
874-1 Consulting Services: Expert advice, assistance, and guidance in support of mission-oriented business functions.
874-7, Program and Project Management Services: Skilled planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out mission-oriented business programs and projects.
The MOBIS Schedule is available to our government partners who require specialized expertise with operational, strategic, and programmatic initiatives. MOBIS advantages are many: GSA has determined the prices to be fair and reasonable; the awarded Schedule complies with all applicable laws and regulations; and rapid procurement of critical services can be achieved. We are also a vendor on the Professional Assistance Contracts (PACS), administered by the US Department of Justice. Under this vehicle, MAXIMUS Federal Services provides professional investigative, analytical, and technical support services as well as case-specific professional field support.
