Contact Center Services

MAXIMUS operates multi-channel contact centers for complex federal programs. As the Operations Support Manager for the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work contact center we assist disabled beneficiaries find employment. Through one of our established contact centers, we also help unemployed workers appeal denials of COBRA premium assistance established under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
