Paul R. Lederer, Director, was appointed to the MAXIMUS Board of Directors in April 2003. Mr. Lederer brings more than thirty years of management experience and leadership in the commercial business sector to MAXIMUS. Lederer was most recently with Federal Mogul as an Executive Vice President. He had previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fel-Pro, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Federal Mogul. Lederer held various senior positions with Stant, Epicor Industries, and Parker Hannifin. Mr. Lederer holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois and received his J.D from Northwestern University.
