School Claiming Services - Services provided by the School Claiming Division include obtaining federal approval for Medicaid service billing and administrative claiming program designs and service reimbursement rates; implementing service reporting and documentation processes, implementing administrative cost reporting mechanisms, training school staff and service providers designing and operating staff time studies, and putting into place activities that increase the number of students identified as enrolled in the Medicaid program. We also provide Medicaid billing services, using our MAXClass software, and other operations resources that eliminate the need for school districts to invest in billing systems of their own. MAXClass is also available for purchase by school districts that prefer to prepare their own Medicaid billings.
