MAXIMUS has installed over 500 software systems throughout the country.

MAXIMUS has developed many unique and comprehensive systems to assist agencies in meeting their local, state, and federal reporting requirements. MAXIMUS Ledger Suite (MLS)

MLS is a distinctive and comprehensive financial and time-reporting system for use by agencies in meeting their local, state, and federal reporting requirements. These systems are flexible, provide detailed and historical reporting, and ease compliance for state and federal reporting. Each system is developed to empower the end-users with the ability to customize the software to their needs and requires very low maintenance. Annual software support plans include updates, live phone support, technical e-letters, and attendance to annual User Community Meetings. MLS contains PET (Program Expenditure Tracking), QuIC (Quarterly Information Consolidation System) and RMS (Random Moment Sampling) modules which form a comprehensive general ledger and effort reporting system for local government agencies to track and report costs

PET is the general ledger system that tracks daily receipts, vouchers, and purchase orders. Cash and accounts payable transactions can be attached to budgets.

RMS is the local agency effort reporting system. Individual RMS samples are created by the central state RMS system for each individual local RMS system. Throughout each quarter, the local agency populates the sample and then returns the result to the RMS system for statewide consolidation.

QuIC is a cost allocation system for tracking the total cost of operating state and federal programs from a Social Service Agency's perspective. QuIC can retrieve data from our RMS and PET systems to expedite data entry. QuIC also uploads financial and statistical data to the CORe program for State office reporting purposes.

Clients include every County Human Services Agency in the State of Ohio and North Carolina.

CORe

The Central Office Reporting System (CORe) is a cost allocation system for tracking the total cost of operating state and federal programs for multiple local agencies. It functions similar to the QuIC system and provides statewide reporting of the local agencies, which submit their cost and effort to CORe. CORe can import data directly from files prepared by each local agency's QuIC system or through a custom designed interface.

Clients include the State of Ohio and the State of Wisconsin.

MAXCars

MAXIMUS Cost Allocation and Rate System (MAXCars) is a sophisticated Microsoft Windows based cost allocation system that can develop A-87 compliant indirect cost plans for all levels of government agencies. MAXCars possesses the ability to build and maintain cost allocation plans, features to better organize contact and task information, enables better control over reporting, performs additional side-calculations, and provides security mechanisms to protect the integrity of your data.

Clients include county, city, state and special district agencies throughout the United States.
