MAXIMUS provides services to our Federal Government clients through two
major types of contract vehicles:
GSA Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs) where MAXIMUS provides
services through three major FSSs:
Other Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs),
where MAXIMUS currently operates the Professional Assistance Contracts (PACs)
schedule, administered by the Department of Justice, but open to all Federal
Government agencies to use.

GSA Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs)
MAXIMUS operates a number of major Task Order contracts with the Federal
Government on three major Federal Supply Schedules. These schedules are
as follows:
GSA MOBIS
The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract allows Federal Government agencies
to access a wide range of services from MAXIMUS including facilitation services,
survey support, privatization support, and consulting services. Additional

GSA IT 70
Under the GSA Information Technology Schedule (IT 70), MAXIMUS offers Federal
agencies a wide range of products and services in the information technology
area including systems development and analysis, information systems design,
backup and security services, network management services, and data conversion

GSA FABS
Under the Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) Schedule, agencies can
access a wide range of accounting, financial management. Additional

Other Government
Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)
In addition to our GSA Federal Supply Schedules,
MAXIMUS also manages another Government Schedule, administered by the US
Department of Justice, the Professional Assistance Contracts (PACS). This
contract is designated as a Government-wide Acquisition Vehicle, and as
such is available for use by all Federal Government agencies. Additional
