MAXIMUS has taken its interstate and UIFSA knowledge base and applied it
to cases in which one party lives in a foreign country. Whether or not a
country has a reciprocal agreement with the United States or an individual
state, we work to collect support if the other country has a comparable
child support program. International cases have their own sets of rules,
and we use them to facilitate collections.
