Quality Assurance Program

Quality Control

Optimos has a fundamental responsibility to implement quality controls to ensure efficient operations and process improvements that reduce the cost of services while providing high quality deliverables. Quality control is achievable if addressed across all three components: processes, people, and software product solution. The Optimos Quality Control Plan (QCP) will address all three components.

The QCP will establish the plan, procedures, and activities for an effective Quality Assurance (QA) program for the EAGLE II program and task orders. The QCP will enable us to reduce program risk and improve the quality of products and services and will help DHS assess the extent to which we meet program objectives. Our quality control process will include periodic reviews with DHS personnel of the application being developed to ensure alignment to business requirements. Our plan supports the implementation of a comprehensive QA program with continuous process improvement. As the prime contractor, Optimos ensures that our subcontractors and/or core team subcontractors comply with all quality control requirements. The following table contains an overview of our QCP.
