Each MAXIMUS employee has the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change by helping our government clients improve people’s lives. Through the Center for Employee Development and MAXIMUS University, we offer training and development of ethical and professional conduct, core business skills, managing people, managing projects, customer service, customer relationship management, and business development.

In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy the environment to its fullest extent, we must make a conscious effort to reduce our environmental footprint. Building a Community Hand-in-Hand

MAXIMUS goes above and beyond to help our local communities with their needs and concerns. We believe that this commitment will strengthen the bond between our team and the citizens we serve. Around the country, MAXIMUS teams have partnered with community based organizations and non-profit organizations in service projects. The MAXIMUS Charitable Foundation, created by the MAXIMUS Board of Directors, contributes annual grants to organization and charities to help improve the lives of young people.
