MAXIMUS Management Development Program (MMDP)
The MMDP is a rigorous one-year program to develop current high-potential employees and candidates recruited from graduate programs through training opportunities in program and project management; coaching and mentoring; and exposure to MAXIMUS leadership. MAXIMUS is seeking students with the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Public Administration/Public Policy (MPA/MPP), Business Administration (MBA), Engineering (ME), Public Health (MPH), or Juris Doctor (JD)
- Preferred two to five years full-time work experience
- Preferred knowledge of public health and human services programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Established ability to work both independently and with a team
