Ms. Simmons has more than 20 years of experience in human ser­vices program administration and management, Supplemental Security Income, Social Security, child care programs and child care systems. Since joining MAXIMUS in 1996, she has served in project management roles and provided expertise in human services for numerous projects. In her current role as the Project Director for the District of Columbia’s Work Readiness, Job Placement and YouthLink projects, Ms. Simmons provides direct oversight for program management and policy development, design and implementation of innovative programs, client relations and business development.
