Colleen Martin, Director, Child Support

Ms. Martin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Texas Data Management Services (DMS) Project. With more than 20 years of child support experience, she also oversees all MAXIMUS new hire programs (which processed 59.5 percent of the nation’s new hire reporting during fiscal year 2014) as well as all the Company’s paternity, FIDM, and NMSN projects.  In this role, she oversees 70 staff and projects that manage 30 million data records. Prior to joining MAXIMUS, Ms. Martin worked for the Minnesota Child Support Enforcement Division, leading a child support enforcement program team that handled new hire reporting, FIDM, income withholding, employer table maintenance, and Minnesota state agency interfaces. She holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Catherine University.
