Webinar on April 24: Continuing the Conversation on Opportunities for State Innovation in Health Insurance Programs

In February, we hosted a live event at the Newseum surrounding the special provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that offers states the opportunity to take new approaches to their health insurance programs.  Section 1332, also known as the 2017 State Innovation Waiver, can be leveraged by states in designing and developing new ways to operate their public health insurance programs.

The MAXIMUS Center for Health Literacy hosted its fifth communication conference, Plain Talk in Complex Times, last month in Arlington, Virginia. The conference brought together nearly 200 professionals to share and learn best practices for communicating complex information to consumers.
